Cost for all three $2860. If you want A/C, you will need to do this for sure.
Ceramic tile floor or just use the container floor, which is made of 1 1/8” thick mahogany marine plywood trimmed in steel. Cost of tile $1180. Ceramic tile works exceptionally well with shipping containers. We can install any floor you want, just ask- 953-2005.
Windows and doors? 4 x 3 looks best on 20’ offices $595 ea installed- vinyl slider. 5 x 4 $695. 6’ steel roll-up $850. 36” steel personnel door $895. window bars 4x3 $395. 5x4 $495.
Need a dividing wall for bathroom or private office? $945. for 8’ wide wall (containers are 8’ wide) Add a door for $350. more (total of $1295.)
Electrical & A/C $1675 gets you a 4 circuit breaker panel, 4 electrical outlets and 2 overhead fluorescent lites. If you opt for drywall, the wiring is hidden behind the drywall. If not, we install metal conduit that is visible on the single steel wall. We can do custom configurations and install custom lighting or whatever you want.
8000 btu a/c $595. 12,000 btu $795. Custom split systems available, call.
Ceramic coating to reflect sun and heat? $1000 We build-up three coats for an R19 insulation value. Recommended if your office is in the direct sun, not needed if protected from the sun. This coating, combined with our insulation and drywall etc pkg gives you self-expanding R22 wall and ceiling fiberglas insulation and much lower electicity costs.
