Our Hi-cube, 40’ long all have a 9’6” exterior height. Hi-cubes are special and not common- they have 8’9” interior ceiling height compared to 7’9” with standard containers. Hi-cubes give you overhead storage potential! Legal permitted dwellings need to use Hi-cubes.

Trucking & unloading container at your property
A 40’ container generally requires either a huge forklift to get it off the chassis and placed onto concrete blocks at your property. 40’ containers weight about 8500 lbs empty, 20’s are about 5800 lbs. In some instances, we can roll a 40 foot container off from a special trailer onto concrete blocks for considerably less than forklift style placement. 20’ can be rolled off in most instances. We come to your property for free to evaluate delivery and provide cost. Call us on Oahu at 808-339-5639 to arrange a time to inspect containers and to coordinate placement.
